Dining at La Bisquine is always the highlight of our visits to the town of Saint- Vaast-la-Hougue. The food is of exceptional quality and the menu always reasonably priced.  Not for those seeking ordinary  food, this restaurant is so very special. Book yourself a table and prepare yourself for a gastronomic experience par excellence!

L&rsquo;incontournable choucroute de la mer !!!!excellents poissons nobles , assiette g&eacute;n&eacute;reuse, tout est bon. Le Moine de Saire est renomm&eacute; depuis longtemps dans la r&eacute;gion et reste justifi&eacute;! Je recommande !

Nous &eacute;tions 4 personnes et avions r&eacute;serv&eacute; au service de 20h.Nous aurions toutefois appr&eacute;ci&eacute; un peu plus de temps entre les plats qui se sont encha&icirc;n&eacute;s trop rapidement.
